Many thanks for your reply. I wasn't aware that planets within

3* of the house cusp was considered to be in the next house.

Does this mean that such a planet is NOT considered to be in its

domiciled house at all, or does it represent BOTH houses?

Just a couple of other points. All my software programs,

Goravani Jyotish, Parashara Light and Solar Fire state the 8th

cusp is 26* Capricorn 07'+. This gives sub of Jupiter instead

of Rahu and would change the reading. I realize that only a

slight change in birth time would be needed to move to Rahu,

and so the birth time may need rectifying. I have looked at

doing this by using the principle recently quoted on this List

of making certain that the Asc Sub-lord and the STAR-LORD of

the Moon are the same. However, the Lords do not align in

reasonable time for a birth time that is so specifically quoted

to the minute.

The other point that you might be able to clear for me stems from

the statement " accidents can happen only when the sub lord of the

8th is deposited in a constellation signifying the 8th, and will

take place during the conjoint periods of 1 and 8 " . In this case

the accident took place during Me/Sa/Ra/Sa. Assuming that

Rahu is the correct indicator for the 8th this is shown in the

Dasas. However, as Cancer is on the cusp of the 1st house, I

presume that the dasas should also show Moon as indicator.

As this is not so, do we take the constellational Lord as

indicator? This would be appropriate as it is Rahu for the

Moon.

In my experience i found that planets within 3* of the house cusp was considered to be in the next house only .

Pls Check Ayanamsha in your chart and in my chart you can gat your answer.

For KP pls.check A.R.Raichur's Software Programs.in my opinion Raichur's programs are best .For Rectification of Birthtime pls Read Book SECRETS OF R.P. & BIRTH TIME By K. BASKARAN Publisher: Krishman & co. i allways check birth time according to this book and i found very good result.

Yes. Planet give Result Of his Constellation Lord . Constellation Lords Of Moon Is Rahu and Rahu is in 8th.
