For example, for Leo asc, suppose 11'th cusp falls in Tauras and 12'th cusp in Cancer and Gemini sign remains vacant(i.e. without any cusp). My question is that, Do we consider Mercury as 11'th house lord? Will this Me be able to give 11'th house matter in the native's life? Or the planets in the star or sub of Me are good for 11'th house matter? In KP reader 3, page 149, Me is considered as 2'nd lord,(for marriage consideration) though 2'nd cusp falls in Leo for Leo Asc.It is also said " 2 is ruled by Sun " . Again in page 150, for Service matter, Me is considered as " lord of 2 " . Seems that both Su and Me are able to give 2'nd house matters.
