Automating the calculations of the planets

Hi All

 

I am currently in the process of computerising the calculations of planets. I am working on an alert system which will tell us when a planet becomes retrograde and direct a month/week/day before. I am aware that most of the people who are practising astrology keep track of these dates. But it might help the rest of us. I wanted to take the opinion of the group and the moderator, if they would like it. It will also help me find how accurate my calculations are.

I have already developed such a programme, which will show the dates of planets

 

going Retro, and Direct in any one Calender Year.

 

Below is the result for 2005. The file has to be edited, so that we get

 

the planets in proper order.
