urgent pls : need my chart to be read

Hi everybody,

 

I need want my sisters horoscope analysed for her marraige. .

 

details are as follows :

 

date of birth : 13th june 1978

time of birth : 22.45

place of birth : Madras

 

i jus need to know when will she get married i.e. the month in which it will take place and also will she have to leave california (is at present there in california and doesnt want to leave that place) post marraige?
