I tried it few times and the success was not up to the KP standards. The dasa lord in most cases will be the same as that at the time of loss.In such cases,the dasalord will signify houses II & V,and VI & VIII. If the dasalord is not connected at all with II,VI or XI....one can never recover the lost article...similarly,the lords of the sub and sub-sub periods have to be judged...
