Hi,

Consolidation

of market was due anytime. It got triggered on Friday primarily due to global

weakness. So, where do we go from here? Another 5-10% slide down is also

possible on the sensex. But with Reliance & SBI strong results, this

downtrend might be put on hold for now. But then who knows?

Also

note that FII’s & MF’s were still net buyers on Friday. As far

as our recommendations are concerned they are not for a particular day or week.

We provide recommendation keeping in mind to 3-12 months in horizon. They get

achieved in few days to months. See tips below.

Today’s

Tip:

Don't panic

·

The market

is volatile. Accept that. It will keep fluctuating. Don't panic.

·

If the

prices of your shares have plummeted, there is no reason to want to get rid of

them in a hurry. Stay invested if nothing fundamental about your company has

changed.

·

Ditto with

your mutual fund. Does the Net Asset Value deep dipping and then rising

slightly? Hold on. Don't sell unnecessarily.
