I paid Rs 50,000 for 4 Carats of Light Yellow Saphire but it does look Flawless and it did help me a lot. I suggest you to buy whoever knows Grading of the stone so that you know what you are buying. If you want I can help you to get good Saphire from Ludhiana. Someone can bring it here in March and then I will mail it to you from here.
