As you know, florida real estate crashed in last 3 years to rock bottom. I lost lot of money in this. This month, I decided to go for claiming Chapter 13 bankruptcy during March/April 2010 (6 months from now). Chapter 13 Bankruptcy will strip me of all the bad debts that I have. If bankruptcy is successful, then I will be paying part of my salary for next 3 to 5 years to all creditors and lenders. I will still be living in my primary home, but get rid of the biggest headache that I have had in my life for last 3 years. Is it a right decision at right time to go for it? I will be in Mars dasa (6th and 11th lord) and Venus bhukti (5th and 12th lord) for another 14 months starting from next month.
