If a person with Ketu in the 9th gives a blessing to a childless

couple that they be blessed with a child, it becomes the order of the

God.

The Lal Kitab for Ketu in the 9th says, " sukhan beta lavaldi dete,

huqm vidhata hota ho "

 

Could you also please quote from the book about sooraj for 8th house

and Rahu 9th house for the powers you have mentioned.

aur iski zahar se jalaye hue patharon se sankhya aur sankhya se

hijde aur namardon ko tapasvi raja aur mardon mein ginwa lega
