Guest guest
Hello This topic shall have a few different parts!A]About the author of Lal Kitab: Some say that the author was a gifted Astrologer, while others say it was a Divine Revelation and others that the pandit who wrote the book was merely writing the information that others passed down to him, while he was not an Astrologer nor fully understood what he wrote. What do you think? B] In your own opinion, what are the requirments for one to become an Astrologer in Vedic school generally as well in lal Kitab ? Is there any spiritual power (siddhi) that is needed? if yes, how can this be developed? C]What are generally the astrological cinfigurations that show if one can be a good Astrologer?Regards, Dionisis
Guest guest
Dear Dennis ji, It is true that the writer of the Lal Kitab was a siddha person. Let us not bother as to how the book came to existence. All we should be concerned with is the fact that the book is here and what it means. How the concepts and principles are interpreted. I personally believe that if not siddhi, at least the Devine Grace or Devine Blessings are necessary specially for those who predict future, be it through the Vedic system which includes Lal Kitab or through any other method. No body can peep into the future without the Devine Blessings, you might call it any thing you like. Sun + mercury strong and well placed, good strong 2nd house, well placed jupiter may be what is required to be a good astrologer. But the most important thing which over rides these planetary placements is the way of life of that astrologer. If his way of life is virtuous then only he can be a good astrologer.
