According to vedic astrology all planet exalted and debiliated according to sign of their placement. For Example according to vedic astrology jupiter debilitated in capricon sign ,but lakitab says jupter debiliated (neecha) in Khana no.10 I want to know, in this case if there is any other sign other than capricon falls in khana no.10, will we still consider this jupiter (neecha) debiliated according to lalkitab?
