Just adding the page numbers { and the condition with rahu the 9th},

to your statements for members to look for themselves:

 

Sun in the 8th : contained in the 1952 urdu edition also on page

343 as footnote #5 : In Arun sanhita it is on page 115; English ed

of Goswami & Vashishtha this information is missing.

 

Rahu 9th house: { condition: jupiter in either 5th or 11th }pages #

675 -76 of 1952 urdu ed; Arun Sanhita page 235 ; English edition of

G & V doesn't have the information about 'sarsaam'.
