Firsty,let's discuss the requirments for upayas.It is my knowlege that 4 requirements should be fulfilled: a)They should be done during daytime. b)Only one upaya should be done in a day. c)An upaya should be normaly done for a specific number of days (40 or maybe 43) Could somebody elaborate on them, especially on their eaning, logic and importance?
