You have mentioned -

Could you please elaborate on this? How would a 'chandi ka

gilas'help in mangal nek and mangal bad at the same time?

If u will see in tables of Khanavar Ashia ,U will find lips Mangal

Nek & Mangal Bad.So If in horoscope Mars would be prooved NEK then

moon will boost nek effects as Good Treasure ,otherwise it will

reduce the poison of MANGAL BAD.So in my opinion Pujya Pandit Ji

provided this remedy with no harm at all.In both conditions use of

silver glass is benefitial.(I mean to say DONO HAATH MAIN LADDOO)

U know that Shukkar has called Mangal Bad in 9th & Neem is Mangal

Nek & using squares (mangal Nek) made by silver (Moon) will boost

the power of Mangal Nek against Mangal Bad ,bcoz CHANDAR + MANGAL =

SHRESHTH DHAN. At other side only Mars & Moon can destroy or make

less the evil effects of Rahu & u can read in lalkitab in SHUKKAR 9

that rahu will be the main cause of all destruction. So Moon & Mars

Nek can controll rahu's effects & combined result of both Mars +Ven

is good for finacially.But in my opinion it is not limit, a scholar

like can may search more in future about this
