Respected Kiranjeet ji,

 

While talking about the Saturn placed in the 11th house the dictum

applicable will the one given in that context. We can not apply a

dictum out of context.

And the dictum is:

The result will be dependent on the nature of Rahu and Ketu , " rahu

ketu hon jaise teve, faisalaa un par karta ho " .

 

Since both rahu and ketu are badly placed, hence the result of saturn

will be malefic.
