What you have said is logical and correct.

 

Now the question is how to tackle Saturn. Shifting it to the 8th or

12th will not serve the purpose because the 2nd house would still be

under its aspect. Therefore the choice remains between the 2nd and

the 3rd house.

 

In the Second it will form a Panchayat if you are sure that the

other four planets including Ketu stay in the 2nd house. Ketu will

be a crucial planet in forming the panchayat.

 

The saturn can not be shifted to the 3rd house so long as the Sun is

there.

 

Apart from the alternatives given above, Saturn should also be

cooled through the traditional 6th house upaya of burying mustard

oil under the water.
