Guest guest
Respected Mishra ji, Let us not cast aspersions on any one. Why they chose LK was there choice. We are no body to sit at judgment over what others do and follow. We as a group believe that LK and traditional Indian astrology are complimentary to each other. If you go through the archives and read through what we have been writing you will be able to find more about our attitude towards all these matters. It appears you have not read the preface of our group. It will give a good idea of what we are all trying to do. We are trying to build a small force of young Lal Kitab scholars who are not averse to the traditional vedic astrology and are willing to make use of the knowledge contained therein to enrich the Lal Kitab experience. Now coming to your second suggestion: A Varsh Phal kundali can not be prepared for any divisional chart, be it D-10 or any other chart under the LK system. The table given in the LK to prepare a Varsh Phal kundali is applicable only to a Janma Kundali. There is no separate table to be applied for the planetary placements in divisional charts. Even in the Vedic system there is no provision to have a separate Varsh Phal kundali for divisional charts. In the Vedic system the Varsh Phal chart cast through any of the methods [ tithi pravesh, or solar return or Ishta Kal etc ], the divisional charts derived through that Ascendant are used for that year. Any way this is not the place to discuss all that. This group is entirely devoted to the LK discussions, its concepts and principles. I have another query though. Will it be okay if to suggest career-related remedy, the LK scholar/ practitioner casts the varshphal kundali based on the original D-10 of the native and likewise for other aspects of the native's life, as signigfied by the various varga charts? Ithink this approach also stands testimony to the dnamism of karma. Our karmas change over time and we experience dynamic, different results, based on our karma-in-a-flux. Therefore, casting a Varshaphal kundali based on D-10/ any other divisional chart will ensure that we see the picture true to our sanchit-yet-dynamic karma> > I would also like to mention her that I have interacted with many LK astrologers in Delhi as well as in the Punjab. All of them have tried to claim that the LK is different ant related to the traditional Indian astrology. However, I have an observation for them. In my opinion, all such LK astrologers resorted to the LK as they failed in predicting future correctly bacsed on the rigours of the Vedic astrology. It was a last resort-type attempt to migrate over to the LK and the public, as ever, falls for the esoterica. I think this is the reason for their bitterness towards the Vedic parampara and roots.> > Thanks and regards,> Dhiraj> > > > > Planet Earth is in the hot seat.
