Dear Kulbir bhai,

I am sorry to have answered it in the form of a riddle.

You know I am not in a habit of answering like that.

Regarding the question raised by Pt. Umesh ji about

example # 18 from the 1952 edition, the exact lines from

page # 974 of the 1952 ed are:

â€œ khaand ka bartan ( mangal budh ) dharma sthan khana

number 2 mein, 9 din ( jahan ki shukra budha janma

kundali mein hain) tak lagatar diya gaya. Aur rani ka

naak chhedan ( budh number 9 ka upaya ) jo pahale

nahi kiya gaya tha, upaya ke dinon mein karva diya gaya thaâ€

While answering this Mahajan ji said :

agar 9 din lagatar diya jaye to woh 9ven ghar mein hee

stahpit hogi na ki khana no 2 mein.

Now you can see for yourself that Pandit ji himself has

said, â€œkhaand ka bartan ( mangal budh ) dharma sthan

khana number 2 meinâ€¦â€ .

Therefore I had to say that Mahajan ji is not right and

requested him to read the context from the Lal Kitab.

The khaand ka bartan is not being established in the 9th house

as Mahajan ji has claimed.

Next Pt. Umesh ji asked Mahajan ji about the purpose

of this Khaand ka bartan being offered at the temple

for 9 days regularly. Mahajan ji did not respond to it.

The answer is simple, the purpose is to get the taaseer

changed, to make the planets swear in the presence of

a deity that they would not do any harm and would behave.

This is one of the forms of Upaya discussed in message # 205.

The instruction of offering it for 9 days regularly is

because of the combination in the 9th house. If a malefic

effect is to be carried to a dharma sthan from the 9th house

it has to be carried for 9 days, like the upaya of Shani

in the 5th where almonds are to be offered at a temple.

If you notice the almonds are to be offered for 5 days

because the Saturn is placed in the 5th house.

The next question Umesh ji asked was about the bartan,

to which Mahajan ji said :

â€˜khand mitti ke bartan samet dee gayee ya sirf khand ko,

ya pital ke bartan mein, yeh bhee dekheâ€™

Now you can see for yourself that pandit ji has said

â€œ khaand ka bartan ( mangal budh)â€. It is obvious that

the bartan was mitti ka and not of brass etc. The khaand

was offered in a mitti ka bartan.

In my opinion, forget about a teacher or for that matter a guru, only a mother ( context here is selflessness) can have so much of patience ....Words will destroy the beauty so one has to feel and prey - GOD bless you.

After OSHO if I am able to understand one's explanantion to make things simple - Its respected Varunji only.

Shani ka 5 days wala lk mein kis page no par likha kripya bataye ta ki

mein bhee padh ke apna gyan bada sakoon.

Aur yeh bhee bataye ki kya yahan par budh ke liye drishti path hai ya

nahi.mere khayal se to budh ko 9th house se khana no 2 mein jaise apne

likha hai waise nahi bheja ja sakta. mafi chahta hoon

Respected Mahajan ji,

[ 1 ] You know that the upaya of carrying almonds to the temple and

bringing back the half of them is mentioned in the book.

The question you seem to be asking is, " why carry almonds for 5

days? "

The answer has to be found out by the Lal Kitabist himself.

This is how we perceive it : if a planet is placed in the 5th house

then the karak vastu will have to be carried to the temple for 5

days to get the nature [ taseer ] changed. Carrying it for 5 days

alone can make logical sense.You might perceive it differently. We

have no argument with that.

[ 2 ] In order to distance the effect of a planet through immersing

it in a flowing water, to destroy the effect of a planet for the

year through burying it, or to get the taseer [ nature ] changed

through offering it at a temple, the Drishti Path rule doesn't

apply.

The drishti path rule applies only when a planet is to be

established in a house through removing it from where it is placed.

There is a difference between establishing a planet in the 2nd house

and offering it at a temple so that its taseer [ nature ] gets

changed. It is similar to the difference of establishing a planet in the 4th

house and distancing it through immersion. The two are not the same thing.

A karak vastu of a planet placed any where in the kundali can be

offered at a temple, where as if the planet is to be established in

the 2nd house then there must be a drishti path for it.

This is how we interpret it. You are free to have your own

interpretation.

Kis ghar ka ghar kitne din upaye karne ke baad kis ghar ka result dega ya kis ghar mein chala jayega, is ke liye main ek example de raha hoon, Bawaqt bukhar Jau aur Gud Milakar sham ke waqt daan karen. Magar aisa Upayo teen din se zyadah lagataar nahin kiya jayega.Kyon ki teen dafah chalaney par yeh khana number 4 mein chala jayega.(LALKITAB 1942, PAGE NO 220, LINE 19-20) Ab agar apke Shani 5 ke liye 5 din ke upaye ko sahi maan bhi liya jaye to khana no. 5 ka shani 5 din ke upaye ke baad kis ghar mein pahunchega? The drishti path rule applies only when a planet is to be

established in a house through removing it from where it is placed.

There is a difference between establishing a planet in the 2nd house

and offering it at a temple so that its taseer [ nature ] gets

changed. It is similar to the difference of establishing a planet in the 4th house and distancing it through immersion. The two are not the same thing.

A karak vastu of a planet placed any where in the kundali can be

offered at a temple, where as if the planet is to be established in

the 2nd house then there must be a drishti path for it.

This is how we interpret it. You are free to have your own

interpretation.

It is just fine if you do not agree with me, after all this is what

an academic discussion is all about. It is through such

disagreements matter gets distilled into a conclusion.

Pandher ji, disagreement alone is not enough; you have give your

alternative views as well.

Could you please let us know, along with examples, how many days an

upaya will have to be carried out in the following conditions :

If a karak vastu of a planet is to be immersed in flowing water.

If a karak vastu of a planet is to be offered in a temple.

If a karak vastu of a planet is to be buried.

If a karak vastu is to be established in a different house.

Respected Varun jee Maine sirf asehmati hi nahi pragat ki hai sath mein kitab ke andar se hi udharan bhi pesh ki hai. Magar ap apne 5 din ke upaye ke logic ko sidh karne ke liye kitab mein se koyi bhi refrence nahi de paye hain. Rahi baat apna alternative view rakhne ki to mere khyal se apne jaati view se zyada important hai kitab mein likha huya, wo main example dekar bata hi chuka hoon. Sirji, mujh par ulte sawal dagne ki bajaye filhal agar first thing first par dhyan dene ka kasht karen to mere khyal se zyada better hoga. Apse benti hai ki shani 5 ke liye 5 din ke upaye ka agar kitab mein koyi refrence hai to mujhe bhi batlayiye, bahut meharbani hogi apki. Yours faithfully

It is just fine if you do not agree with me, after all this is what

an academic discussion is all about. It is through such

disagreements matter gets distilled into a conclusion.

Pandher ji, disagreement alone is not enough; you have give your

alternative views as well.

Could you please let us know, along with examples, how many days an

upaya will have to be carried out in the following conditions :

If a karak vastu of a planet is to be immersed in flowing water.

If a karak vastu of a planet is to be offered in a temple.

If a karak vastu of a planet is to be buried.

If a karak vastu is to be established in a different house.

Respected Pandher ji,

I knew you will avoid answering the queries. Answering the queries

means sharing information and views which you do not seem to be

willing.

We were already aware of the lines you had quoted. The question is

if after three movements the Rahu reaches the 4th house, then where

is it assmused to start from. A rahu placed in the 8th house can not

reach the 4th house after three movements. Therefore first we have

to ascertain where is the rahu assumed to be placed.

Our assumption is that a Rahu placed in the 2nd house alone can

reach the 4th house after three movements with zodiac counting.

Now coming to what I had said about the Saturn in the 5th house and

I am quoting:

The first thing I had said is that it is the Lalkitabist himself who

has to decide using his common sense as to how many days the upaya

is to be carried out. Had some instructions been given in the Book,

And then I had given our view saying that this is how we perceive

along with the logic of why we perceive so.

I was expecting you also to give your perception and as to why you
