Guest guest
Dear Varun ji, It has been a pleasure to read the discussions on devising the forms of upaya and the moon in the 11th house. These two pieces have been very informative and we got such a lot to learn from. Varun ji, I must congratulate you to have started a group like this where the Lal Kitab concepts are discussed with such logic and transparency. The best thing about these discussions has been that nothing is held back, every thing is shared openly and freely. Varun ji, your efforts have definitely made us look at the Lal Kitab in a completely new light devoid of its myths and legends. Your efforts will go a long way to establish the Lal Kitab as an important book on traditional Indian astrology. God bless you Varun ji for your efforts. Guest guest
Respected Raheja ji, The contemporary rational mind does not accept myths and legends. It might be interested in knowing them, but would seldom believe in them. In most cases it would ignore them as weird and unreliable. Till a decade or so ago the Lal Kitab was confined to only Punjab and the surrounding areas. With the advent of the internet, thousands of people have come to know about the book. Since most of internet using people are highly educated with a very logical and rational mind, they will not accept any thing unless it is equally logical and rational. Some of us have been trying to bring out the Lal Kitab from the clutches of those who made it out to be some thing out of this world, some thing super natural. A handful few who claimed the supernatural origin of the book have long been forgotten; they are not known any more. They got into oblivion because they had nothing to contribute; they just sat with the book; they never took pains to interpret and read logic into what had been said. The result was that they got marginalized and forgotten. It is the rationalists, with a scientific temper, who are now known as the scholars of the Lal Kitab. A new generation of Lal Kitab scholars is fast immerging which analyses the book objectively and rationally, i.e. scientifically. In the coming decades the Lal Kitab will be accepted as the only book of traditional astrology which provides samadhan –solutions also along with predictions. Looking back we feel that we have greatly succeeded in our mission.
