Guest guest
Hari Om, Resp. Shri Trivedi ji, A cactus kind of plant, known in the villages of western UP as NAAG PHANI was supposed to be inauspicious to be planted in the house, or compound of the house, but farmers used to make the boundry of their farms to protect their crops from the animals. Kindly enlighten me about the traits of this plant. with kind regards, Davendra Gupta
Guest guest
Respected Devendra ji, Thorny bushes or plants have been considered as karaks of saturn. Secondly the name 'nag phani' also suggests its association with Saturn. It would be natural for the simple village folks to be scared of a karak object even remotely associated with 'naag' [saturn] in the house. Therefore 'nag phani' is normally found out side of the villages. Regards, Varun Trivedi , " Davendra " <davendrak wrote: > > Hari Om, > Resp.
