Guest guest
Juneja ji, When a jackal has his mating desire on peak, it howls loudly keeping its head upwards. The pressure involved in the process makes a small bone protude outwards. At this momment the head is severed by a speedy blow of sword and this small bone is collected . This is believed to possess the yearning of mating and power to attract opposite sex. Now 2 points are to be noted 1. The process is brutal and use of such things is bound to back fire. 2. The procedure for obtaining it in true shape is highly complicated and genuine one's are not for sale. What we find at shops or with sadhus are the pieces collected by breaking dog skulls. Kulbir. Guest guest
Dear Juneja Ji -As Kulbir Paji has noted, you must get it from a trusted source. In my example it took me over 5 years to procure the original artifact. There are genuine ones available but usually available from only senior tantriks or astrologers.Best Regards,IqbalUSA Sent via Blackberry kulbir bance Wed, 29 Apr 2009 22:18:17 +0500LK discussion group Siyar Singhi Juneja ji, When a jackal has his mating desire on peak, it howls loudly keeping its head upwards. Guest guest
Respected Narendra ji, Adding on to what Bhai Kulbir ji has already said. Siyaar Singhi doesn’t find a mention in astrology classics. I believe there is mention of it in later / contemporary tantrik literature. In our area of west UP it is used to protect the family from evil spell [ii] sudden calamity on the family [iii] and to protect against ‘fauzdaari, muqaddama, jail’. On the whole it is considered a lucky charm for the family. Some of the old rich Zamidar families own it. I had seen one with the Zamidar family of my village. It is believed that not every jackal carries a Siyaar Singhi. It is an extremely rare thing so much so that people believe that Siyaar Singhi is almost extinct. The ones sold by tribals are invariably the tail-end of squirrels and mongoose. What ever be the truth, the fact is that a lot of fake Siyaar Singhis are available. Therefore one has to be extremely careful while buying one. Now coming to the astrological relevance of a Siyaar Singhi. It has to be kept in a silver dibbi filled with sindoor. As we know, sindoor is shubh mars. The only planet which can be controlled by subh mars is rahu. Therefore, to my mind a Siyaar Singhi signifies Rahu. If you notice the kind of events a Siyaar Singhi is supposed to protect against are in some way or the other related to malefic rahu. In the Lal Kitab rahu has been described as : “ kadakti huyee bijlee; bhoochal; aatishkhez maada; paap ki agency mein badi ka malik; har mande kaam mein maut ka bahana gadnewali taqat; thagi, chori, ayyari ka sargana; ananfanan mein chot markar neela rang kar denewali gaibi lahar ka naami farishta kabhi chhupa nahi rahata†[ 1952 urdu ed ; page 644 ] Traditionally a Siyaar Singhi had been used to protect against some of what has been described above as representing rahu. Guest guest
Respected Varun Bhai,LR Chawdhri's book on tantric remedies suggests Siyar Singhi for increased luck, confidence and overall break from arguments and domestic disharmony. For Rahu specifically, one approach most beneficial is to procure the billi di jeer and use it along with the sindoor and silver dhabi as you most eloquently described.Best Regards,IqbalUSA Sent via Blackberry "varun_trvd" Thu, 30 Apr 2009 07:08:39 -0000LK discussion group Re: Siyar Singhi Respected Narendra ji, Adding on to what Bhai Kulbir ji has already said. Both of them are considered as lucky charms, both of them are traditionally kept in sindoor. Both of them are supposed to protect the family from evil eye, sudden untoward happenings and bring victory to the family in all matters like civil or criminal fueds. Guest guest
Aadarneeya Mahajan ji, You have said that for billi ki jer : khana no 7 rahu ke liye billi kee jer manahi hai. It is not true There is a precaution mentioned for Venus in the 7th that the billi ki jer should not be kept in a leather wallet. You have further said : agar hai to kahan likha hai agar nahi to iss par behas kyon ? In this group we discuss not only remedies suggested by the Lal Kitab, we also discuss remedies suggested by way of folk traditions. The effort is to find a logical explanation for such folk remedies. We do not want to restrict ourselves only to what has been written in the Lal Kitab because we consider that astrology neither begins with this book nor ends with this book. Lal Kitab is just a drop in the vast ocean of great tradition and knowledge of Indian astrology. Guest guest
Respected mahajan ji, gidarh singhi has not been mentioned in lalkitab. Then why discuss= because all representations have not been mentioned but each item has representation of one or more planets. I have seen a kundali analysed/rectified by pt ji himself in one of such kundalis collected by prabhakar ji . I don't remember the exact planatary position but the word gidar singhi has been mentioned therein. Regards. Kulbir.
