Respected sir,

According to Indian cultural tradition setting up ‘piao’, water font for

public is a very virtuous act [ punya ka kam].But the Lal Kitab prohibits those

who have moon in the 6th house from setting up such a public facility. Don’t

you see a contradiction in it? With respect,

Singh sahib,

this condition is specified. " when ketu is destroying

the results of moon " malefic condition point no.6 1952 " .... Jab

chandar ko ketu barbad kare. Another point that may be relevent here

is gutka page 18 pakka ghar no.6 line 14 .....Foka pani. Unadulterated

water itself belongs to house no.6. Varun ji can help in corelating

all this.

Regards.

Kulbir.
