The colour of Venus is white like curds i.e. white with a blue tinge; blue because Venus has rahu as one of its Masnuyee part. Therefore a white [ bluish] cow is a karak of Venus. A black cow would have a component of Saturn; a brown will have a part of the sun and a black cow with white spots will end up being a combination of venus + saturn + moon. Since you have to donate a cow representing Venus, you should donate a cow of bright white colour which will have a bluish colour shade.
