This is applicable in the case of natal charts only. Whilst in the case of horary, for transfer related questions,since the question being pointed or focussed you need to consider only 3-9-12 In natal charts it is not as easy as it made to be. In some cases, when the native ran the period connected with 3-9-10-12, the result fructified was suspension from job, followed by imprisonment.In essence, everything depends on the expertise and experience of the astrologer.
