Birth time rectification reqd

I am working on someone's kundali, but am finding it very difficult to

arrive at accurate birth time. Pls help me rectify his birth time.

 

Person : Male

Date of Birth : 28th Sept 1969

Time of Birth : 4:45 pm

Place of Birth : Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (Lat - 16:18N, Long - 80:27E)

 

Major events:

Married : 6th Jun 1998

Wife went for elective abortion : 30th Jul 1999

Divorce on : 10th Mar 2005

Father died when he was 10 yrs old (date is not known)

Why you are douting birth time - it appears as correct -

one test is connetion of Moon star and sub lords with lagna star and sub lord -

in the given case - lagna sign.star and sub lords are - Acquarius 19.36 - saturn,venus and venus -- Moon is at Mesha - 14.48 - mars - venus and venus

venus and rahu are in mutual aspect - so you can say the birth time is correct - but why the birth time is doubted - unnecessary calculations will take you far away from actuals and accurate predictions -

if you test the marriage or divorce events you can chek the RP at your time of judgement with 7th bhava significators instead of lagna bhava of the proposed chart under test.

I f date of father death is not available it may be diificult - abortion date of wife - may not be that useful
