simply because Mars is in 12th - it need not be manglik - you have to see the cancellation of Manglik dosha - by lagna , rasi, or conjunctions a and aspects on Mars-

In vedic chart also - it is likely that mars be seen in 11th bhava if a bhava chart is casted.

the difference between Vedic and KP - is the system of division of house is followed - in KP Placidus system is followed - in this unequal division of houses is followed - moreover - in KP bhava sputa is the begining of the bhava - where as in Vedic system unequal division may not be followed - moreover the bhava sputa is the middle of the bhava - and bhava is spread on both sides of the bhava sputs - so position of any planet ( here mars) is to be seen whether close to bhava middle (fuul results) - at the begining / ending -

I have a question if in the Tradtional chart Mars is in the 12th house "according to the vedic system' and the same Mars in the K.P chart is in the 11 th house so i want to ask weather the person is manglik or not and one more question why there is the difference in postion of planets in K.P system in contrast to vedic system
