Analisys as per CIL Theory.

 

5th cusp sub is MER. MEr is in the star of SUN and sub of Rahu. SAT is sublord of 1,5,11 syar lord SUN is sublord of 10 and Rahu sublord of 12th cusp.

 

For oposition:

 

5th cusp sublord is also SAT and signifies 7,5,11,4

 

both indicate victory so we check Asc. of both.

 

for Hamid Karzai:

Asc sublord is MER same as 5th

 

for opisition:

Asc sub is SAT in the star of self and sub of RAHU. SAT is sublord of 1,3,9 and sublord rahu is sublord of 6.

 

Opinion:

5th indicate same result but Asc. indictae that Hamid Karzai willl win this election.
