Guest guest
Dear Mr. Rangarajan, I feel that there is a relationship between the 120 degrees of the Zodiac and the stars of the nine vedic planets starting from Kethu-Aswini and ending with Aslesha-Mercury and the cycle once again moving from 120 degrees to 240 degrees and finally from 240 degrees to 360 degress of the full zodiac. I feel this is the reason why we have selected the human longevity as long as 120 years. with best wishes Haresh M. Also it is how it is used in mundane astrology. In fact Vimshottari dasa has nothing to do with the human age. It can applied to so many different scenarios. Thanks & Regards, Punit Pandey On 9/24/05, Rangarajan Krishnamoorthy <ranga wrote: Dear Members,Vimshottari Dasa is taken to have 120 years duration. If a personlives for 130 years (rare, but there are cases) how do you calculate the Dasa beyond 120 years? Can we assume that the cycle starts onceagain and the Dasa at birth will start to operate after 120?Regards,Rangarajan
