GENUINELY NEED HELP ----- PLEASE HELP

Dear sir,

 

hello once again I generally need your help because

since 7th or 8th of January 2006 I am experiencing

mental difficulties. Before I was perfectly fine,

however, I cannot retain memory/retieve it, I cant

concentrate or pay attention to anything.

 

I have tried relaxing and not concentrate on anything

else..but Its gettin worse, I feel paralysed, my brain

cant think or rmeber recent events, i cannot

concentrate.. I feel very bad..

 

I was driving the other day..... unaware of breaking

speed limit...got cautioned by police, totally unaware

of what is going on.

 

Please help me... I need serious help..

 

Is this going to be a permanant condition?

 

I cant even spell simple words properly

 

I am not hooked on alcohol, I am not hooked on drugs,

although I have tried both in the past..

 

PLEASE HELP

 

WILL I BE CLINICALLY DEPRESSED (DIAGNOSED)

 

DOCTOR SAID SEEMS LIKE DEPRESSIOn..have been referred

to psychiatrist
