The 7th sub is ven(sun star & sat sub).As per 4 step theory it the sig of only4,9,5,10 houses.As it is not a sig of the required cusps.hence the marriage is not likely in the near future. 3. May be ur friend be attracted (presence of 5th as sig)but marriage is not yet on the cards.
