I tried out more President's horoscopes for Washington only Bush Jr's changed to Aries Asc. Donald Bradley's book of the Solar and Lunar Returns mentionned the value of locality charts of people, who commit murder in places far from birthplace. These progressions aspecting the birthcharts speak for themselves.
