Subcharts are based on the theory of harmonics or wave theory that operates throughout the universe. We see this easily in music. Cyril Fagan talked about the 'novien' chart, that is the zodiac divided into nine sets of 12 sectors (signs) each. India, of course uses many of the sub-charts, the main one being the navamsa, the nine sets of 12 signs begninning from Aries. I've used the navamsa chart for many years. I will soon be posting some positions of Mars by sign and navamsa with short biographies. You can decide for yourself if the navamsa 'signs' are interesting enough to investigate.
