It's a miracle that any sidereal texts have survived, given the tidal wave of antisidereal content out there. /// wing
Guest guest
Dear dedicated Siderealists, I just found a very interesting book in my bookcase, BEGINNER'S MANUAL OF SIDEREAL ASTROLOGY by Carl W. Stahl. These are two books, I and II, the first dealing with the math of sidereal astrology and the second with interpretation. Stahl is a very clear writer. You can't misinterpret what he says. Book II seems to be very comphrehensive in giving the basics of sidereal astrology. You have to hand it to these guys. These early books were typewritten on manual typewriters and mimeographed or photocopied. I have two questions: (1) Is Stahl's book (mainly Book II) available today? (2) Anyone who has this book (book II): What is your opinion of it? Stahl gives a very clear explanation of what Fagan had to say about Libra, sunrise and the east. I've seen that all my old sidereal books are underlined with notations written in the margins. So I really studied this system--can't help it if my over 50 memory has forgotten some of the details! And I bet I have more of those older classic books than some younger siderealists today! Thanks, Therese
