Vedic Astrology books for sale

Hello. Probably some of you could be interested in advancing your concepts in

vedic astrology so I decided to show you the list of some interesting books I am

selling .They were collected during the years of research and investigation I

dedicated to astrology.

Some of them are very hard to find,even in India where they were published, and

correspond to the first editions but are in very good condition. I also included

some written by tropical astrologers because although you don´t practice it I

think they must be included as reference books in case you are in the pursuit of

understanding and learning astrology.

I can send the books by normal air mail from South America, where I live, and

you can pay me with check since it is less risky than sending cash.

I sell all the lot for just $300, shipment not included of course. There are 32

books.

Although it deals with western astrology I mention in first place the book " The

Best of the Illustrated National Astrological Journal " . It contains the reprint

of articles written by very famous astrologers as Manly Hall, Jonhdro,

Benjamine, Cheiro, Robert De Luce during the years 1933 to 1935. A wonderful

compilation with very interesting articles and nice pictures. $20

The list of the other books is the following:

1) ASTRONOMY APPLIED TO HORSERACING. Written and signed by Ariel and published

in Poona, India, around 1920. He designed an innovative method of how to spot

winners in a turf according to the angles of the chart at the moment of the

race.

2) PRACTICAL VEDIC ASTROLOGY by GS Agarwal. A complete self learning treatise ,

summarizes all the teachings deposited in the different classical vedic

books.You will avoid buying the classical texts. $15

3) " Fortune telling from the permutation and its combination of planets " . By R.G

Rao. In this original book are studied the combination and union of the planets

and its causative effects. $8

4) " Rationality in astrology " by Dr SS Gola. He discusses about each planet ,

the signs and houses. $6

5) " SECRETS OF SUCCESS THROUGH ASTROLOGY " by Prof. SP Walia. He specializes in

industrial astrology and analyzes in depth 2 charts of prominent hindu

entrepreneurs. $7

5)ASTROLOGICAL JOURNAL THROUGH HISTORY . Written by KN Rao , it is one of his

favourite books . In it discusses many charts and gives an account of his

experiences in USA . $15

6) THE NEW INSTANT ASTROLOGER. Toward a foundation of sidereal astrology written

by Eshelman . $10

7) THE RATIONALE OF ASTROLOGY. Written by PN Oak in New Delhi in 1967.Analyses

many charts according to hindu astrology. $12

8) STELLAR HEALING by NN Saha. Gives clues about how to use gems to control

diseases. $6

9) THE ASTROLOGY OF THE SEERS by David Frawley. A very popular guide to learn

vedic astrology. $ 8

10) VEDIC ASTROLOGY by Gale Dreyer. Another popular guide to the fundamentals

of jyotish. $8

11) ASTROLOGY SIMPLIFIED by Bepin Behari. Synthetizes the astrological

principles. $10

12) EMPIRICAL INSIGHTS IN VEDIC ASTROLOGY, edited by Wiswakarma, includes

different researches made on childlessness, the effects of Saturn period in

one´s life, Horary astrology, Mundane Astrology. $15

13) MY FORTUNE IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS , written by Krishnamurthi in 1962, details

how he made predictions for different ascendants or lagnas.Very hard to find.

14) HAPINESS IN MARRIED LIFE. Is an astrological study of marriage and gives

detail of the propitious and unfavourable yogas or union of the planets. $10

15) " Astrological compatibility " written by Lynn Palmer of the America

Federation of Astrologers. Analyzes and measures compatibility in all types of

relationships. Although she works with the tropical zodiac it is valid to

applicate it to the sidereal zodiac when she details the effects of the planets

when falling in the different houses. $10

16) " The Anatomy of Fate " . by Warren Kenton, he combines astrology with the

principles of kabbalah, something which has its own followers as Madonna. $ 6

17) " Mundane Astrology " by CC Zain. He interprets astrological phenomena for

cities, nations and groups. Published by the Church of Light. $10

18) " ASTROLOGY, SCIENCE OR SUPERSTITION? " A must read book to every practitioner

since it scrutinizes the claims of astrology. His author Eysenick also

collaborated with Gauquelin. It deals with sun signs and personality, cycles and

spots, the findings of Gauquelin, etc.

19) PARALLELS IN ASTROLOGY by Furze-Morrish. He was the first in exploring this

under-used aspect and it gives explanation for the effects of the different

planets.

20)ECLIPSES AND LUNATIONS IN ASTROLOGY by Sam Bartolet, published by

AFA(American Federation of astrologers) around 1950. The book deals with the

effect of the eclipses according to the decanates where they fell and gives the

longitude of the zodiac of the eclipses for the period 1900-2000.

21) The EAGLE AND THE LARK, a textbook of predictive astrology written by

Bernardette Brady. She relies in her prediction of the future on the Saros cycle

and the effect of the lunations and also uses midpoints.

22)THE EARTH IN THE HEAVENS ,or " ruling degrees of the cities " by Edward

Johndro. He was a famous canadian astrologer and researcher and the first to

design a method to relate the heavens and the earth and he shows how to, using

the precession factor, the midheavens and ascendants of the different cities

should be corrected and used for prediction.

23) " International Horoscopes " by Glen Malek. Published by the Afa in 1982 gives

birth-data for almost 70 countries.

24)ASTROLOGY AND HEREDITY by Rosemary Peel. She investigates family patterns in

the horoscope of families by using her " family tree " that covers many

generations.

25) PREDICTING THROUGH JAIMINI's Dasa written by KN Rao. He is a famous hindu

astrologer and researcher. Jaimini is an unique technique developed by the

hindus in order to analyze a chart and predict the future. The planets are

classified according to the distance according to their longitudinal position

and from there on a system is developed to assess an horoscope.

26) IT'S ALL in TIMING by Jagdish Maherishi. The author is an hindu engineer

whom after stuyding more than 10000 charts discovered a method where he can

accurately time a prediction. It is called the Ninefold progression technique.

Essentially it provides a microscopic view of the chart and helps in assessing

planetary strength. It is like a kind of navamsa system. Uses the chart of

President Nixon as an example.

27) ASTROLOGY AND KARMA by KN Rao. He explains the concept of karma and how it

can be read in the chart. $8

28)DASHA NIRNAY by Z Anzari. With many charts included he explains in depth the

Vimshotary dasha, i.e., how to judge if the planets can give good or bad efects

during a particular period. $10

29) HOMOSEXUALITY IN THE HOROSCOPE by Karl Gunther Heimsoth. He was a german

astrologer and psychologist and he made a research to describe and find

inclinations in the chart. $9

30) DIVISIONAL HARMONICS by HM Ishikawa. A japanese engineer who studied

aircraft disasters and astrological configurations and developed another

technique for divisional harmonics. $8

31) PREDICTION IN ASTROLOGY by Noel Tyl. An anecdotical and readable book about

the greatest predictions of astrology in history. It also deals with some

techniques that can be used in the sidereal zodiac as the solar arc. $9
