The question of Karma and Astrological Remedies

Dear Friends,

 

The universe comprising of: inanimate objects, animals, creatures and human

beings are creation of God.

 

All animate and inanimate matters except human beings have their irrevocable

destinies to be discharged during the period of their existence in the world.

 

The actions of the entire creature world are governed by instinct under the

total influence of fate.

 

Human beings alone are endowed with the faculty of " Will " providing the powers

to the mind : to think, to discriminate and to choose to act.

 

The Karma in the present existence is the definite individual tendencies

(vasanas) acquired and accumulated by the actions of the immortal soul in its

innumerable previous sojourns (births) through this world.

 

Horoscope - the map of the heavens, is only a depiction of the challenges the

man as a child brings into this world (as a result of his previous actions) at

the exact time when the heavens have organized / arranged themselves to provide

the lawful channels for the discharge of the prarbdha of the individual.

 

Hindu sages and saints from time immemorial have tried and succeeded in

understanding the Gods creation and the laws under which they operate.

 

In order to provide solace to individual souls and to accelerate the man's

spiritual progress in God-Realization, our Rishis have tried to penetrate the

creation, to seek the creator for answers.

 

Rishis found out that there are certain mechanical features in the workings of

the universal laws which can be skillfully and beneficially manipulated for the

man's spiritual progress in this world by insulating him from his past karma.

 

It is established by our Saints and Sages that:

 

> Vibrations (thoughts & meditations)

> Sound Vibrations (prayers)

> Herbs

> Metals &

> Gems

 

Have powers to absorb the evil karma and protect the body from suffering so

that the man is able to pursue the path of God-realization.

 

I sincerely recommend a study of the book " The autobiography of a Yogi by

Paramahansa Yogananda " by the members of KP- " to dispel doubts

about scientific remedies available for man for course-correction in life.
