Guest guest
Bert and Robert, I freely admit that my mathematically limited female brain does not really understand any kind of progressions of the lunar return. However, why not bet your money on your methods? We have an election coming up in November. We have timed charts for the candidates. The candidates will have lunar returns in November. Please...using your preferrd methods of progressing the lunar return, what will the story be at 10:00 p.m. in Washington, DC on November 2? (Or a closely related time and date, if your methods reveal exact hits at a time other than 10:00 p.m. on November 2...) (Using transits and non-progressed returns, I've aleady made my decision.) Please accept this challenge, Bert and Robert, and show us that your progressed techniques work for prediction! Then give us a detailed explanation here on the list. Guest guest
Therese, Just settling for the results of 2 November might be misleading. The grand question is who will come to occupy...who gets to sit in the smallest room everyday in the big (white) house come January? How he gets there is another question. Guest guest
T: Being female has little or nothing to do with mathematics. There have been and there are some very fine female mathematicians. One of my very best and most inspiring astronomy professors is a woman. Ok I will have a look at the charts. If they are radical, then it a worth wile exercise. Accepted. B: The RAAS method works, not because I have invested energy or interest in it, but because that is the astronomical dynamic of the rotating sky. Secondly, experience has shown me that a rotation of the Lunar Angles does not give the angular contact that one might wish for in a full cycle progression. On the other hand, the Solar (RAAS) rotation of Lunar angles, while having far more limited contacts, does show those contacts indicative of events. True, there are some fine female mathemeticians, Bert, but overall men will excell in mathematics and women will excell in verbal skills. I keep up on the research. There are new studies almost every day. Just like men will excell in certain sports. There are always exceptions, but exceptions aren't the rule. There are specific biological differences between most men and most women. You live in/near San Francsico, right? The Chronicle covers this research. I usually clip the articles. >> Ok I will have a look at the charts. If they are radical, then it a worth >while exercise. Accepted. Thank you, Bert. I really am interested to see if certain systems of progressions work. I've done the return charts for the four contenders through inauguration day, and I can see only one clear scenario. Probably not what most people expect. Please explain 'radical' for the uninitiated. Thanks. Therese

Dark*Star, Not who gets there exactly, but who will be the next president. I agree--the election isn't the end of the story. I've already worked out the charts. But that's not what I'm asking about. I'm asking about what the story is right after the election--according to lunar progressions. These are event oriented, as I understand, and so what is the picture late on November 2 or thereabouts?--whenever the progressions are exact. If an astrologer says his/her system is superior, then I expect to see accurate predictions for events we know are coming. Therese
