social phobia & anxiety over 10 years!!

Dear all,

A friend of mine is effected by a peculiar mental disorder since 10

years, also undergoing neurological treatment for having social

phobia, anxiety and like, though he is very intelligent and learned,

he is unable to go on public for anysort, he underwent councelling for

various sucide attempts too,also when will he get marry will the

sucidal tendency occur again?............plzz do study and throw some

light over this condition, any remidial suggestions would be blissful

for him!......the detail follows:
