Jupiter is wine. My Venus square the ASC doesn't like either wine or beer or any other kind of alcohol either. >>Mars is social because he is bold and his brazen attitude can take him >anywhere--like spring break in Miami. " Right on dude, let's party " .... Yeah, right, and Mars rules sidereal Scorpio. It all fits together. In the ancient Hellenistic system Scorpio was the primary house of Mars. That was when the sidereal and tropical signs lined up with each other. >So if she is shy, then something is not quite refined enough for her >more delicate disposition..... Venus rules the home and family relationships. The home is where quiet is...supposedly. Venus likes comfort, which can't be found in the competitive working world. Frills and sparkles and jewels--that's Jupiter. Donald Bradley pointed out that the handwriting of Venus was plain and unadorned. I like life and clothing to be very simple and plain. Jewels and adornments are for queens and such. The Gauquelins didn't find any profession that aligned with Venus. That's because Venus stays out of the limelight. T.
