I dont know why 2nd. 3(Away from home),8(Misfortune),12( restrictions) as per Ferther light on nakshtrachintamani- c.r.bhatt page:44 2nd pers. In this case RAH is in star of rtero SAT evan result is as per my pridiction and now when result come SAT also retro!!!!! but as per rules result have to come when SAT come direct. I think we have to understand Dr. Kar's theory of retogradation very carfully, without any prejudice. As per You " if sublord of 12 th is retrograde then one will not be jailed." but main point in this rule is No:1 The sub lord of 12th cusp should be RAH. and RAH never turn retro that means your statement is totaly wrong. Second, read rule no: 2) It Should not be deposited in the constelletion whose lord of retrograde . in this case 12th SL RAH is in star of SAT and SAT was Retro. so no Jail as per rules. but Manu sharma punished jail. I request you to check it and reply.
