Tell me the number, i think, in this case, solving the query by prashna chart is more correct than going by Janma Kundali. What is the number given by him? RP's are Moon,Mars,Saturn & moon. 3rd Sub Lord is Venus (good planet) significator of 11th also + Venus's star lord is Sun & sun is significator of 2nd house (money related matters) , as per rule & according to me, the info. given by his brother (related to money) is CORRECT.
