on it, Actualy 9th house in horoscope also deals in independence of the

native other then his fortune, father , dharma and journies. So more

strong 9th house will make him more and more independent, whenever

lagna lord comes here in 9th house it makes the person more independent

since lagna always deals in self (native as a individual). Here saturn

placed in 9H is lord of lagna so he will force to native to choose his

own business rather then working for someone else. Your 2nd query was

the retro saturn , here being retro saturn became more strong so it is

different that he will create obsticles in his path but still will

force him to work independently.

Whatever Guru Pankaj Ji has said is perfectly right but when we analyze any chart just we cannot jump to conclusion that the native will be in Bussiness/Service because of lagnesh in 9th also see planets aspecting 10th house whether its 7th lord and try to look for combination for 7th and 10th lord.this combination is very important.
