Respected Sir,

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.As you have said that Mars and Saturn are

debilitated in D-9,i have one more question.Is the concept of Neechbhanga of

debilitated planets confined only to D-1 or it also applies to other charts like

D-9?As in this case Mars is in kendra from Saturn which is the planet in whose

sign(makar),Mars exalts.Saturn is in kendra from Mars which is its depositor.

Saturn is in uchha in kendra so his debiliation in navmansa forming raj bhanga

yoga means cancellation of exaltion (uchha) so logic of neech bhanga would apply

here as there is already one yoga , same theory would apply in case of mars.
