As you know that birth time correction is a huge task which Jai ji has very generously done for you, but have you checked and cross checked that this time is indeed a correct one as per your life events ? Please confirm as my analysis, As per SA will be wrong if birth time is off even by a few minutes. It is a time consuming task. Please give me some time to work on this. In addition to that, please also go through the analysis and whereever I have raised questions, please confirm those so we'd know that the chart is correct. ------------------- Based on your chart data: (Feb 28, 1966; New Delhi; Time: 6:19 PM), Chart works out to be Asdt. Leo at 16:42. Moon is the only malefic other than natural malefics Rahu and Ketu. Moon afflicts mid points of 10th house and 4th house. Ketu afflicts 2nd lord Mercury by 53%. Mercury is weak due to its placement in 8th. Rahu afflicts 3rd lord Venus, who is placed in 6th and weak. No other afflictions can be seen in the natal chart, besides these. Mars and Saturn are both weak but are forming a close conjunction in 7th meaning that your marriage must have been fortunate for you. Saturn's placement, its strength and association with Yogakaraka Mars would also mean that foreign lands would have been beneficial for you and foreign stay and residence would have been pleasant. These indications also tell me that there are not many worries on account of spouse. Sun is close to the mid point of 7th and Saturn is combust meaning that you are the decision maker of the family. Mars's extreme old age indicates some worries on account of chequered fortune and some worries on account of father. Mercury is debilitated, is in a state of infancy and ill placed in 8th house. This is the point of main concern in this chart as condition of Mercury signifies Loss of status, trouble to spouse and loss of reputation and accumulated wealth. Let us analyze some events with dasha & transit conditions at the time. 1) Marriage 12 Dec 1996: At that time you were in Jupiter/Jupiter/Venus period. Both Jupiter and Venus are benefic so a happy incident is indicated. Benefic Sun was in 4th house (for your natal chart) and was aspecting natal Jupiter 75%. Yogakaraka Mars was aspecting natal Mars 65% and natal Saturn 46% from Lagna. Benefic Saturn was in Pisces (8th house), but was conjunct with natal Mercury 25% and was aspecting natal Rahu 72%. Rahu aspects natal Venus. s On the whole, this auspicious incidence (marriage) matches with the transits and dasha indications at that time. 2) Elder Son born on 6th Oct 1997 Dasha that was operating was Jupiter/Saturn/Saturn. This is another benefic dasha. Benefic Jupiter was affecting the mid points of 6th, 10th, 12th and 2nd houses by 67% and Sun was close to mid point of 2nd and 8th houses by 57%. Transit Saturn was aspecting natal Jupiter. Transit Mars was conjunct with natal Rahu and Ketu but this could be due to worries due to childbirth and wife being in labor etc. Natal Jupiter is weak due to old age and that signifies loss of mental peace and worries on account of male progeny. All these indications match with life events. 3) Father's death 5 Feb 2005 Operating period was Jupiter/Venus/Jupiter. Venus is in 6th house. Transit Ketu was in 3rd moving to 2nd aspecting weak natal Jupiter and its aspect/affliction were increasing in the days to come. The indicated event is a possibility based on these indications. Please confirm: 1) Was the period between 1966 - 1970 August malefic for you ? Perhaps some issue with heath issues of 4th or 10 house (Lungs, circulatory system, iflammation, general weakness) ? 2) The period around July 1993 was again a difficult period. Our friend Jai ji has done a wonderful job. Here are the suggested remedies for you. Persistent and faithfully performing these remedies will reduce the negatives to a large extent and improve positive significations in life. Please ask for clarification if anything is not clear. Strengthening -------------- 1) Wear a ring which has three stones: At least 4.7 carats in size red coral (Moonga), at lest 4.7 carat sized Ruby and at least 4.7 carats size yellow Sapphire (Pukhraj) set in gold in left ring finger in a good muhuruta. Ask me for a suitable time for wearing this if you like. 2)Avoid colors: All shades of whites and silvers, greys and browns. Propitiatory -------------- 1) Once a month, donate 10 Kg uncooked rice to an institution catering for taking care of/feeding the poor/homeless. Alternatively, you can feed 10Kg Kheer (Indian milk and rice pudding) to poor and needy. Every morning, after bath etc. and before breakfast: 1) Offering some slices of bread dipped in milk to street dogs daily in the morning after morning prayers for Lord Ganesha Or recite mantra: 'Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah " at least 108 times. 2) Put a fresh pot of water for birds/animals 3) Offering a sweet parantha (Indian pancake stuffed with sugar and fried) in small pieces to crows. Here is an writeup of Birth time recitification. What is Birth time rectification ? Friends being a brahamin good karma, study and knowledge of scriptures is in our blood. Before happening of any event or marriges first we think of getting kundlis matched and fixing up the right muhurtha, so when we are such devotees towards our tradition why don’t we work logically on those things , when we are in this age. Very few of us knows that finding out a true birth time is possible, infact thousands years ago while researching over jyotisha those maharshis kept this thing in mind that parents can forget noting the right time of clock may show wrong time (with differnce of few min.) this is a very small thing but what impact this can put on prediction or study of a horoscope we never know, infact we take it so casual never think it seriously so I am putting here my study on birth time rectification. Why We need rectification ? A Horoscope is compiled or casted with birth data of the native or on the time of happening of any event, Planetary position of that time on particular logitude and lattitude in different sign (zodiac or rashis , which are nothing but the path of planets on which planets always keeps on moving) is placed in a horoscope. Different planets takes different time to compelete their movement in a sign ,for example saturn takes two and half years and jupiter takes one year, moon compeletes approximately in one day and sun takes a month to finish it. Lagna /Ascendent or 1st house of the horoscope is changes in every two hours. A distance passed by a planet or lagna in a particular sign is counted in degrees, that keeps changing in every fraction of time, compelete zodiac is of 360 degrees and one rasi of that zodiac is (360/12 rasi = ) 30 degrees so every planet has to travel 30 degrees in his tenure. So as per basic or general knowledge minimum travel time of lagna is 2 hours, so if one prepares a horoscope with minor difference in birth time that will not affect the rasi kundli (main kundli). Lets take an example, suppose lagna is changed from cancer to leo on 1 pm so next lagna will be changed on 3 pm means there should not be any difference in horoscope prepared by taking time of 1.30 or 2.00 pm ? because moon will also be in the same rasi and other planet has to remain there for a long time. If this so then why there are not so many amitabhs , shahrukhs or Rahul Gandhis , because in the duration of those two hours there would be several kids might have taken birth. In indian systems difference of 4-5 mins in our clocks is very common thing even in old days time difference of 1-10 mins in different clocks was very normal things. Our maharshis have given us minimum 64 kinds of divisional charts which are prepared on basis of the birth data given by the native, 1st rasi chart lagna takes two hours in getting changed, Hora chart which is used to judge the financial position is prepared by dividing the rasi chakra into 2 parts by a special method takes 1 hr in changing , most important chat navmansa is 1/9th div. of rasi means it takes (120 mins. / 9 (9th Div.) =) 13 mins. , dasmansa takes 12 mins, so last chart takes only 24 secs. in getting changed , Every chart plays a very important role in deciding his luck in related area of life, Suppose a person has sun in neecha (negetive) position in main kundli and in navmansa the same goes in uchha (positive) , this is called cancellation of ‘neecha’ and he will enjoy its positive points, but somany respected astrologer puts up their comments without judging navmansa chart and decides his/her destinity, One more thing can be there so many natives takes birth on the cusp, juction of lagna , suppose birth time in 12:10pm and Lagna was in its last degrees so it is difficult to decide in which lagna native has taken birth, in that condition also rectification of time is required. I have across with somany natives who were not manglik but 20 years old manually made kundli was showing native as manglik when we went thru proper examination of chart we found native is non-manlik , lets think how big mistakes we can do ? so an intelligent astrologer’s first job is to recitify the time for right predictions and then decribe his predictions. Normaly traditional astrologers ignores this topic due to lake of knowledge in judging and recitifing the divisional charts. Friends interested in study and knowledge of jyotish can rise discussion points which will surely update knowledge of our and others as well.
