Dear Friends

 

I have been reading up on the method of calculating the lagna chart as

per lal kitab for foreign borns outside india. Apparently the late

pundit roop chand ji used to convert the time back into indian madras

time then take the location of birth as madras india. I have tried

doing this with a number of charts of my friends who have been born

outside india but i do not get accurate results. I would love to hear

all of your takes on this matter?
