Guest guest
I wondered if anyone uses Astrolog here - the free astrology program. I've been using it for ages for tropical astrology, and it does sidereal charts too very easily (and you can define what Ayanamsa to use), but I'm not sure if doing a sidereal solar return is simply a case of making sure that the Sun is in the same sidereal position as it was when I was born - presumably, the whole point of sidereal is that I don't need to take precession into account? If anyone has software that does SSRs easily, could you possibly check something out for me, please? My birth data is: 15 March 1960, 15:25GMT, Windsor, England - 0W35, 51N28. My natal Sun is 0Pis52'26 " (sidereal) and Ascendant is 3Leo25. If I do what I think is a SSR for 1996, I get an Ascendant of 2Lib19, and a Moon of 13Cap02. Does this sound right? And as a side note, what houses systems do you tend to use? Thanks in advance! Chris.
