It reaches the exact square when the Right Ascension of the Apparent Sun is exactly 12:14:33. This is on October 25,2004. That was a bad day for all the spooks, and incidentally a bad month for the nation. The progressed moon 's motion is about 1 degree per month. Here is the Sidereal Solar Quotidian for October 25,2004. Note too that the Progressed Neptune is very close to the descendant.
