That's what I wish to convey to the group. A time of 1:27 LMT puts the ascendant in the degree of W's Mars, his 10th house lord--exactly square Aldebaran/Antares. Neptune is exactly trine the MC. Since W seems to be glued to the presidency despite the wishes of the majority...well, there could be worse explanations for two stolen elections. However, if a time between 1:10 and 1:30 is indeed correct, I'd place my bet on an earlier time that would place an exalted Jupiter in a Cancer ascendant in the navamsa chart. Around 1:12 or so.
