Guest guest
Here is a very sad case of a girl who survived the tsunami only to be raped by her so called 'rescuer'. http://apnews.myway.com/article/20050108/D87FIIGO1.html It appears the family was on an outing to a Buddhist temple to celebrate the father's 65th birthday. The father's natal Saturn/Ketu conjunction in Aries was being closely aspected by the transiting Saturn/Node T-square and the Mars/Node quincunx. In addition the father was hitting a reverse Nodal return. Pluto was also approaching a square to natal Mars. All this on the poor man's birthday. Guest guest
Dear STeven I read this too! I was struck also by the statement that she does not want to speak of it because the victim is treated worse than the attacker in her home. Seems like yet another " attack " I can't imagine what it takes to overcome the grief and sorrow so many felt. I have also been truck by the stories where a person or mother has to choose to save one and let another go. My favorite is the story of the dog who herded the 7 year old out of the hut and up the hill to safety. Great picture going around for that story. too much coffee cynthia Steven Stuckey [shastrakara] Saturday, January 08, 2005 2:26 AM Tsunami Victim Here is a very sad case of a girl who survived the tsunami only to be raped by her so called 'rescuer'. http://apnews.myway.com/article/20050108/D87FIIGO1.html It appears the family was on an outing to a Buddhist temple to celebrate the father's 65th birthday. Hi Cynthia, Yes, unfortunately, a lifelong stigma is now attached to the poor girl due to this rape. She may be considered as an untouchable in her village. At this point she wouldn't have much to lose by moving to the west and starting a new life. The Saturn/Ketu conjunction of the fathaer suggests ancestral karma coming from the mother's side of the family. Best, Steve
