I did cite in my post that the mid-July timeframe concerned me because there would be the Mars-Rahu conjunction opposing the Jupiter-Ketu conjunction, with both pair scissoring natal Moon - the natural 4th house indicator. While yes it is true that the Moon also rules Bush as his ascendant lord, it clearly is a parental planet as well. So, which is activated? For that, I use the vimshottari dasa to determine which planets to view in the various divisional charts. Where the period lords are most troubled, that is the divisional chart activated and those are the significations also activated. I hesitate to distinguish which (George or Barbara) because, as you may remember, they seem to be very much linked healthwise.
