Since La Conchita is an unincorporated area you won't find it in an Atlas database. The exact co-ordinates ae (34N18) (119W17 34)-- based on the zip code for the area. Your co-ordinates will throw the angles off about 2 degrees. One of the closest towns that you will find in the ACS atlas is Carpinteria, which is slightly north, and Ventura, which is slightly south.
